Putting your logo on the road is not the same as putting it on bodywork. A printed wheel cover spins, catches the eye parked or moving, and comes off without a trace the day the vehicle goes back or gets sold. That is what makes it a peculiar branding surface for a fleet, a club or an event.
Printed wheel covers or vehicle wrap: which one?
A vehicle wrap covers the bodywork, costs several hundred euros per vehicle, takes the car off the road for a day and needs a workshop to remove. It makes a strong statement, but it commits you.
A printed wheel cover costs the price of an accessory, clips on in five minutes with no tools, and comes off just as fast. On a rental vehicle, a lease or a car that will change driver, that is the difference between reversible branding and a permanent commitment.
The two are not exclusive: plenty of fleets keep neutral bodywork and brand the wheels only.
How a Pro order works
1. You send your logo
Vector format preferred (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF), otherwise a PNG of at least 1,800 px. A transparent background is fine: the printed area is circular and we frame it with you.
2. We send a proof
You see your logo exactly as it will come out, inside the circle, before anything is produced. Nothing starts without your written approval.
3. Production
High-definition UV printing, the same process as our consumer covers. Lead times are in the table above and depend on volume.
4. One consolidated delivery
A single shipment to the address of your choice, invoiced to the company.
What to check before ordering
- Steel wheels only. The cover clips onto the rim lip of a steel wheel. A fleet running alloy wheels is not eligible — that is the first thing to check on your vehicles.
- Mixed sizes are fine. Fleets usually run several diameters. Give us the breakdown in your enquiry: the discount applies to the total volume, not per size.
- Lifespan. UV ink is cured into the material: it withstands pressure washing, detergents, road salt and sunlight. This is not a decal that peels after one winter.
- Repeat orders. We keep your file, so a top-up order runs from the same artwork with no new setup.
Frequently asked questions from businesses
Do we get an invoice in the company name?
Yes, including your VAT number if you provide it. The invoice is issued to the company, not to the person placing the order.
What is the minimum order?
The Pro tiers start at 50 hubcaps. Below that, the online shop stays open: every order there is a set of 4 hubcaps in the same design, one per wheel.
Do they hold on vehicles that cover high mileage?
Yes. Retention comes from a ring that presses evenly all the way around the rim, exactly like a factory hubcap. The only real risk is an incomplete fit: the click must be heard all the way round.
Can we have several designs in one order?
Yes — a different logo per branch or per team, for example. State the breakdown in your quote request; it does not affect the volume used for the discount.
Are there any regulations against branding your wheels?
