Fitting & size guide
Finding your size takes 30 seconds, fitting takes 5 minutes. No tools, no screws, no drilling.
Is your car compatible? Check the database of 449 verified models.
1. Find your size (30 seconds)
Look at the sidewall of your tyre: your rim size is the number right after the R. Example: on a tyre marked 195/65 R15, your rim is 15 inches → pick size 15" on the product page.
Our hubcaps come in 6 sizes, from 12 to 17 inches. If in doubt, send us a photo of your tyre sidewall via the Contact page.
2. Check compatibility
Hubcaps clip onto steel wheels (steel rims, fitted as standard on most city cars). If you have alloy wheels, there is nothing to cover — hubcaps are made precisely for steel rims.
One case is not compatible: styled or decorated steel rims (Flexwheel type, for example the Dacia Sandero Stepway) — the cut-out design gives the clips nothing to grip. Vans (Kangoo, Berlingo, Trafic, Master, Transit, Sprinter, Ducato…) are compatible depending on the version, only if the steel rim is flat — check your model in the database of 449 verified models. The Renault Trafic II, Opel Vivaro I and Nissan Primastar are confirmed compatible by a real fitting (16 inch). Rusty rim or bent edge? Send us a photo of your rim before ordering.
3. Fit in 5 minutes
- Clean the rim (a quick wipe with a cloth is enough).
- If your valve sticks out, line up the hubcap's notch with the valve.
- Hold the hubcap flat against the rim.
- Press firmly around the edge, in a cross pattern, until the clips click.
- Check that the whole edge is clipped on. Done.
- Optional but recommended: thread two zip ties (cable ties) through the openings of the hubcap and the rim, tighten, cut off the excess — nearly invisible, and the hubcap won't come off, even on the highway.
4. Removal without scratches
Pull sharply on one edge of the hubcap with both hands, or gently pry it off with a flat object protected by a cloth. The clips are reusable: you can fit and remove it as many times as you like.
5. Care
Scratch-resistant, UV-resistant UV printing: soapy water, pressure washers and car washes (rollers) are all fine. Avoid solvents and acetone. A quick wipe with a sponge brings the colors back to life.
