What are the delivery times?
Shipping and delivery time are calculated at checkout, from the actual weight of your cart and the destination country: there is no flat fee and no free shipping. Two options are offered, Standard and DHL Express where the carrier offers it. To France, Standard states 4 to 16 days and DHL Express 4 to 7 days; elsewhere the time depends on the country. How do I track my order?
You get an email with the tracking number as soon as the parcel ships, and you can follow it directly on the carrier's site.
Can I return a custom hubcap?
Our hubcaps are made to order from your image: under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply. However, the order can be cancelled and refunded as long as production has not started, and any defective product is replaced or refunded on a simple photo within 30 days — without prejudice to your 2-year legal warranties.
How do I find the right hubcap size?
Your rim size is the number right after the R on the tyre sidewall (example: 195/65 R15 = 15 inches). The Fitting & size guide covers it all in 30 seconds.
