How shipping is calculated

Every hubcap is printed to order and ships from the manufacturer's workshop. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the actual weight of your cart and the destination country. It is not a flat fee, and there is no free shipping: you pay the carrier's rate.

Two options are offered: Standard, the cheapest, and DHL Express where the carrier offers it. The exact amount and the delivery time for the option you pick are shown before you pay — nothing is added afterwards.

The rate changes by weight bracket. Eleven brackets: 0-2, 2-3, 3-4, 4-5, 5-6, 6-7, 7-8, 8-9, 9-10, 10-11.5 and 11.5-30 kg.

Destinations we cannot ship to

The carrier does not serve New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Saint Barthélemy or Saint Martin: these destinations are no longer available at checkout.

Saint Pierre and Miquelon: only a single 12 or 13 inch hubcap gets there reliably. Beyond that, write to us before ordering rather than paying the displayed rate.

Why shipping costs this much

A hubcap is a 30 to 40 cm disc: the parcel is bulky far more than it is heavy, and carriers charge for volume. Nothing is held in stock — each piece is printed to order and shipped from the manufacturer's workshop. We show the real rate instead of burying it in the product price.

Discounts

An automatic discount applies to the product: −10% from 2 hubcaps, −15% from 3, −25% for 4. It does not apply to shipping, which stays calculated by weight.

Tracking

You get an email with the tracking number as soon as the parcel ships, and you follow it on the carrier's site.

Customs

For deliveries outside the European Union, duties and taxes may apply on arrival. They are payable by the recipient, according to the destination country's customs rules.
