Terms and Conditions of Sale — Rim Crew

2. Products

Rim Crew sells car hubcaps in sets of 4, with customisable designs, in 6 sizes (12 to 17 inches). Products are shipped from our global logistics partners.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) including all taxes. The VAT applied is that of your delivery zone. Shipping is charged separately according to destination.

4. Ordering

Validating your order on the site constitutes acceptance of these terms. A confirmation email is sent after payment.

5. Payment

Secure payment by bank card (via Stripe), Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. No banking data is stored by Rim Crew.

6. Delivery

Timescales: 2 to 60 days depending on the country and the option chosen; the time for the option you pick is shown at checkout. Shipping calculated at checkout from cart weight and destination. Parcel tracking by email.

7. Right of withdrawal

Every hubcap set is made to order once you place your order, whether it carries your own design or one of our catalogue patterns. In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal therefore does not apply.

8. Warranties

You benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, 2 years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, 2 years from discovery of the defect). In addition, any fault, breakage or non-conformity reported within 30 days of receipt, supported by a photo, entitles you to a free replacement or a refund, without limiting your statutory guarantees.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
