Data collected

Rim Crew collects the following data when you place an order: surname, first name, email address, delivery address, telephone number and payment method (banking data is handled directly by our payment providers Stripe and PayPal).

Purpose

• Processing and delivering your order
• After-sales service
• Newsletter (only with explicit consent)
• Audience measurement (Google Analytics) and targeted advertising (Meta Pixel), with your consent

Retention

Order data is kept for 10 years (accounting obligation). Marketing data is deleted on request.

Legal bases: performance of the contract (order, delivery, after-sales service), legal obligation (accounting), consent (newsletter, audience measurement, advertising). Some of our processors are located outside the European Union; these transfers are governed by an adequacy decision or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You also have a right to restriction of processing and may withdraw your consent at any time.
